Abstract :
This paper presents the performance of a double dwell acquisition scheme with continuous integration detector in a Rician fading channel. In the acquisition scheme, the first dwell output is combined with the second dwell output to yield the final decision variable. The mean acquisition time is derived and analyzed for the acquisition scheme
