Abstract :
This paper describes the design of AGC circuit in RF receiver used for WCDMA base station. Based on a feedback AGC model, the designed AGC circuit may extend dynamic range of RF receiver to 57 dBm; the noise figure of the receiver is 2.21. The configured AGC circuit may provided an output of RSSI to fulfil the requirement of received signal strength indication
