Abstract :
The axisymmetric diode-type system on the base of the field emitter is considered. The inner area of system is filled with two different dielectrics both on substrate of cathode and side surface. The problem is to find the function of potential distribution in the system´s area and investigate influence of dielectrics to the emission characteristics.
