  • Abstract
    Summary form only given. An interferometric approach for pulse pattern effect reduction in SOAs is proposed and demonstrated. Suppression of waveform distortion is achieved by using a fiber loop mirror. Over 5-dB input power dynamic range enhancement is obtained.
