Abstract :
This paper presents a novel Hybrid Space Vector Control scheme for the vehicle IPMSM, possessing the advantages of both vector control and cascaded multilevel PWM. This scheme can provide the high-voltage vehicle IPMSM with the high-quality, approximate sinusoidal voltage source, meanwhile, it can realize various advanced closed-loop control methods, which is very fit for the vehicle inverters. Simulation and experiment results are also given to verify the high-performance and validity of this scheme.
