Abstract :
In this paper, self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor electromagnetic design of some generic formula, combined with multi-pole motor design features to complete the motor design, parameter calculation and work characteristics and starting characteristics of the analysis to finalize the program. Ansoft electromagnetic analysis software used by field-circuit coupled method to calculate the transient performance of the motor parameters, and design value by constantly adjusting to get the electromagnetic design. The results show that large multi-polar low self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor torque and the experimental data was consistent application design, the correct procedure proved feasible, simple and convenient. This research work, further improve the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor has important theoretical significance and value of the works.
