Abstract :
This paper describes a ultra-linear wide-band, power amplifier for digital communication. The amplifier use the feedforward technique to improve linearity (original power amplifier P1dB=34dBm). The total power after linearization is about 1W. The third-order intermodulation products (IMD3) to carrier are less than -64dBc and the IMD3 cancellation reaches about 30dB for two-tone test in the 900MHz region. Then new power amplifier can pass N-band CDMA ACPR ( IS-95 standard) and the operation bandwidth is more than 25MHz(869 894MHz)
