Abstract
We have developed and tested an intrinsically stable cryogenic current comparator (CCC) with a 1:20000 winding ratio for the accurate measurement of small electrical currents. Key feature of the CCC is the use of resistive CuNi wire and brass internal shields. First measurements of lOOpA to 300 pA currents using this CCC are performed at an uncertainty level of around 20 ppm to 50 ppm.
