Abstract :
Summary form only given. We have measured the thermo-optic coefficient near room temperature as a function of wavelength throughout the GaAs spectral transmission window. We compare these results to measurements of the temperature dependence of frequency doubling of 4-/spl mu/m radiation in orientation patterned GaAs.
