Abstract :
This paper introduces a contactless temperature monitoring system applied to the rotor of generators. Firstly, the importance of rotor temperature monitoring of generators is explained. Secondly, the importance and the background of the wireless power supply are showed. Thirdly, the design of rotor temperature measurement that we are studying is proposed briefly. Fourthly, wireless power supply for permanent magnet generators is explained in detail. Finally, the prospect of the temperature measurement system is showed.
