Abstract :
As many parameters change frequently in network, the robustness is particularly important for a congestion control system. A new Fractional Order Proportional Integral (FOPI) controller is proposed based on the TCP/AQM model, which has better control performance and stronger robustness. The simulation results show the advantages of the FOPI algorithm compared with HollotPI controller.
