Abstract :
As a new automatic control theory and technology, model free control has been applied widely and effectively in the fields of fine oil, chemical, power, light-industry and environmental protection because of good control functions to the complex nonlinear systems such as long-time delay, time-varying, large interference and strong-coupling one and so on. In this paper, a new steel heat furnace temperature control system is designed, based on the model free control theory with a combination of the original PLC control system. Model free control is introduced to steel industry successfully.
