Abstract :
At the moment, Chinese railway and urban mass transit are developing at unprecedented speed. For various historical reasons, Chinese railway exist various automatic block patterns with track circuit and locomotive signal devices exist different patterns, which seriously compact on traffic safety, so do urban mass transit. Therefore, this paper firstly attempts to introduce graphics system Qt which runs on MeeGo operating system as graphics development tool. Then an object-oriented design method of general Train Ope ration Control System´s on-board DMI is introduced and based on that on-board DMI of CTCS-3 was designed. At last, software platform was set up and on-board DMI of CTCS -3 was implemented.
