Abstract :
A multilayer structure patch antenna is presented in the letter. The structure of the antenna is nearly the same with the traditional microstrip patch antenna except the feeding method. By using L-probe and multilayer structure, it has a wide impedance bandwidth (SWR<;2) of 98.4%. The gain of the antenna is around 6dBi across the operating bandwidth.
