Abstract :
A co-planar waveguide (CPW) structure is proposed and implemented for notched band designing of ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter (BPF) in this paper. This structure can be easily designed and applied for multiple notched bands, and the size of filter will not be increased. As the starting work of this letter, a single notched band has been constructed and the theory of it will be proposed, and then, a multiple notched bands for UWB BPF will be presented with the simulated and measured results.
