Abstract
Active and passive radar composite guidance has been developed into a promising technology for target tracking in the electronic counter measurements (ECM) environment. Based on the technology, this paper investigates the problem of 3D multiple maneuvering targets tracking in the presence of sea clutter and jamming. We present a set of algorithms and establish a complete tracking system composed of measurement generation, data association, track initiation, track filtering, track management, track correlation and missile guidance. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithms can offer significant tracking and anti-jamming performance. The ideas and methods presented will also bear important significance for developing similar tracking systems in practice.
