Abstract :
For the calibration of picoammeters a novel highly linear voltage ramp generator has been constructed which is based on digital electronics and two digital-to-analog-converters (DACs). In contrast to our previous ramp generator constructed entirely in analog electronics the new design allows for the first time to perform dynamic measurements without any sacrifice of linearity.
