            Abstract : 
In case of considering the problem for networked control systems, one of the important issues is network-induced delay. Since, the network-induced delay depends on network traffic condition, it is not a fixed value. Thus, it is required to consider the variable time delay in order to design the optimal controller. In this paper, LMI-based output feedback controller is proposed to compensate the network-induced time delay for networked control system, which has time-varying delay in the limited value. First, the effect of time-varying delay is regarded as a variable sampling time in the discrete time system. We design the output feedback controller that guarantees the system stability and reduces the steady state error.
