Abstract
The results of an investigation of polarization reflective phase shifters are presented. It is proved that application of the polarization principle of phase changing results in effective fast low loss phase shifters. It is shown that an insertion loss level of less than 1 dB can be achieved in Ka band. Peak phase errors were reduced to 5 degrees, and observed switching time was in the nanosecond range
