Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The paper proposes the evaluation method on operational risk of power grid enterprises based on entropy weight and improved grey relation analysis. Firstly, it uses entropy weight to fix the weights of index system for the operational risk of power grid enterprises. Secondly, it determines grey weighted related degree of ideal object for each power grid enterprise, and then evaluates operational risk of each power grid enterprise. Finally, an example is used to prove the method is effective and practical.
