Abstract :
In this paper, the IEC 60870-5-101 telecontrol communication protocols is briefly described. Meanwhile, its application in voltage detector data communication is illustrated in detail. By analyzing the frame format and taking Visual C# as developing tool, voltage detector data communication system is developed. Now this system has been running successfully.
