Abstract :
This paper describes an automated RF-dc transfer difference measurement system developed at the National Metrology Centre, Singapore. The system uses calculable single junction thermal voltage converters as primary standards and various high frequency reference thermal converter standards to measure the RF-dc voltage transfer difference for frequency range from 100 kHz to 100 MHz at voltage range from 0.5 V to 10 V.
