Abstract :
The new technology of low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) has been a remarkable integrated component technology and the mainstream passive element´s integration. It is now widely used in wireless communication. With the conventional LTCC technology we can´t get big inductance due to the limitation of permeability of ceramics for miniaturization. So we can´t get conventional lumped filters with low resonance frequency. If we insert a layer of ferrite with high permeability, the problem can be solved. This paper mainly focuses on the design and fabrication by LTCC/LTCF technology.
