Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The teaching reform of Visual Basic programming language should center to train the students´ programming ability and improve students´ interest in learning and focus on cultivating their ability to apply knowledge. And the knowledge outline of curriculum should be adjusted based on the different professions of students. In this paper we propose the case teaching method to optimize the teaching mode and discuss how to stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of students, improve teaching quality though the reform on teaching content and teaching methods. And the innovation ability of students in practice is enhanced as a result.
