After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article discusses the importance of practical teaching in the construction of computer professional course groups, implementary methods and means of practical teaching in each course group and how practical teaching promotes scientific research level of teachers and students, and finally it puts forward the ideas of bringing practical teaching into evaluation, and setting up a scientific evaluation system in order to encourage students to drive students to improve their overall quality. In cultivating students´ ability to practice and innovate, practical teaching is supposed to display the maximum efficiency, and thereby the overall quality of teaching and upgrading the overall level of schools will be improved.
