Abstract :
The paper presents a new AC-DC transfer measurement system for voltages up to 1000 V and frequencies up to 1 kHz based on a precision inductive voltage divider. Preliminary evaluations show the possibility of standard uncertainties of less than 3 muV/V at 1000 V.
