Abstract :
A commercial DCC bridge is modified to extend resistance measurement to higher than 1 k/spl Omega/ by changing the track point and driven by a single voltage source. The measurement result shows an uncertainty of ratio within 0.1 to 1.5 parts in 10/sup 6/.
