Abstract :
In general, the base station (BS) is fixed in the mobile communication system, however, which will be altered in some especial situations. To ensure the better communication, both BSs and mobile stations (MSs) of mobile communication network should be able to move in the network, namely entire mobility, which doesn´t affect the communication of MSs. However, the route between BSs fixed doesn´t adapt to the situation in which all BSs can move from one place to another. In this case, the network´s route protocol must adopt the dynamic routing protocol. This paper introduces the dynamic source routing (DSR) protocol, and proposes a scheme of building a mobile communication network which is based on the DSR protocol. And, the handover mechanism of the network is the soft handover mode with MS´s assistance. Through an example and simulation, it is shown that the mobile communication network has the entire mobility after adopting the DSR protocol, while the requirement of the communication can be satisfied in such network
