The quality of higher education is mainly depends on the teaching level of the university. It has not only become an important component of evaluation of teachers, but also a significant factor for the college to achieve the scientific management. The improvement of the teaching quality will ensure the high-level talents. In this paper, we applied an AHP method, and a three-level evaluation system has been constructed according to various impact factors of judge the quality of teaching. We then work out the weight of impact factor by comparison the matrix structure. And then use the weight to measure the quality of teaching and explore how to establish the effective colleges´ quality system.
