Abstract :
In order to verify the usefulness of an auxiliary transmission line method, which we have already proposed to evaluate the noise temperature of a microwave thermal noise source, a liquid nitrogen cooled coaxial noise source system has been constructed and its preliminary experiment has been conducted. Then, this measurement result and a result calibrated to the noise source with two known standards have been compared.
