Abstract :
A stacked injection mold with hot runner is designed to form the inside bracket of global pick-up head after analysing its structure. The mold which used stacked molding, hot runner system and open mold system of gear and rack can enhance productivity greatly under the premise of product quality guaranteed. In the mould design process, Pro / E Modeling module is used to establish the bracket model. Then the 3D design of the injection mold is completed by EMX4.1 which is used to transfer and perfect the mould frame, create pouring system ,set up cooling system ,etc. Finally, Pro / NC manufacturing module is used to design the manufacture process of the main molding parts to achieve the integration of CAD / CAM.
