Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to meet the new demands for the high-quality translators of our information-based society, our translation teaching content, process and method should also be informationized, four CAT teaching models are offered in this article, namely, they are database-drivers-based translation teaching model, online software and website, self-designed translation courseware and online classroom.
