  • Abstract
A key element of the Electron-Counting Capacitance Standard (ECCS) is the cryogenic capacitor, C/sub cryo/. We report on a new version of C/sub cryo/ which has a value of 10 pF, ten times larger than previous versions. We also report on a new way to compare C/sub cryo/ to the calculable capacitor, C/sub calc/ which does not require tuning C/sub cryo/.
