Abstract :
Some of the most desirable problems in modern physics are impossible to solve at the current stage of technical and technological development. So, the main role today should belong to theoretical research aimed at new, innovative approaches and solutions. Theory must answer the question on whether such problems have a potential solution, and if so, what experimental directions need to be developed first, and to what extent.
