Abstract
This paper introduces the location-to-location-network (L2L-Network), a peer-to-peer based architecture for location-based services. The L2L-network uses a qualitative approach of spatial relevance derived from a peer-to-peer network topology and annotated location-based information to determine relevant information for a physical location. We introduce a distribution mechanism for localized information that automatically exchanges relevant information between network peers. Beside the discussion of spatial reasoning methods used for information distribution, the architecture of a L2L-network is presented
