Abstract :
Two empirical models are proposed to predict Zener reference standard output voltage based on just 1 or 2 calibration points. The models are derived from a study of 87 Zener standards. The results yield up to a 60% reduction in uncertainty relative to the manufacturer´s specification and illustrate the dominance of seasonal effects.
