Abstract :
A new compact microstrip low-pass filter (LPF) with deep stopband and sharp cutoff frequency response has been proposed by use of the circuit analysis and simulation in this paper. At first, a new structure is presented according to resonant cavity-mode theory, afterward two basic elements are cascaded and implemented. Then an excellent and small size LPF is obtained. The experiments are agree with the simulations.
