Abstract :
This paper describes the quantized Hall resistance standard (QHRS) system established at the SCL. The system is described and measurement results obtained with the system are presented. An uncertainty budget is also presented to show that the system is capable of performing DC resistance measurements from 1 /spl Omega/ to 10 k/spl Omega/ with standard uncertainty of 8 parts in 10/sup 9/.
