Abstract :
In this paper, design of an eighth sub-harmonic (SH) mixer at W-band using microstrip transmission lines is introduced. According to concretely analyzing, another improved eighth SH mixer is designed. The measurement results show that its best conversion loss is about 10 dB less than the first one. In addition, the bandwidth of RF frequency is 10 GHz (90-100 GHz). In addition; the structure of the improved one is simpler than the original one.
