Abstract :
Recent development of intravascular neurosurgery has significantly changed the treatment modality for diseases of central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). Using the microcatheter system, we can now obtain exactly the same results which were accomplished only by direct surgery before. It opens the door for completely new field of medicine
