A Research on the College English Teaching Pattern Based on the Multi-media & the Internet

With the rapid development of the multi-media and the Internet technology, the College English teaching pattern tends to convert itself from the traditional teaching classroom to the multi-media and the Internet teaching platform as well. Focused on this tendency, this paper proposes the new College English teaching pattern based on the multi-media and the Internet by combining the embedded technologies aforesaid. It also discusses the advantages of the new pattern and its far-reached effects on College English teaching reform in the nation. Of course some of the problems arisen from it are presented herewith in the article. The paper aims at pushing forward the College English teaching reform, upgrading modern English teaching system as well as improving the English teaching effects.
