Abstract
In this paper, a PWM modulated Three-Level single-phase grid-connected inverter is proposed for photovoltaic (PV) generation system to reduce ripple of the current injected into the grid and reduce the voltage stress on the switches of the inverter To achieve high quality output sinusoidal current, a Proportional-Resonant (PR) controller is applied to the PV inverter. Moreover, a dynamic voltage compensator is used to reduce the THD of output current. Simulation results are provided to testify the validity and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
