Abstract :
A study of Miniaturized Loaded Open Sleeve Antenna is made. In this paper, a top load is applied to lower the height of the antenna; and the open sleeve configuration is applied to miniaturize the area of the ground plane; then load technologies arc applied to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna. Finally, a broadband monopole antenna, with VSWR<3. 0 in 0.4f0~1.6 f0, is designed, and the results of test fit those of simulation well.
