Abstract :
CSIR-NML is in the process of developing ac bridges to realize capacitance from a quantum Hall resistance system. This process involves the development of resistors with calculable frequency dependence. We describe the development and evaluation of a calculable coaxial ac resistor that is based on the design by Haddad [1969].
