Abstract
The time constant /spl tau/ of the bifilar type calculable AC/DC resistor, with the aim of realizing the standard of the phase angle /spl theta/ (= /spl omega//spl tau/), has been analyzed. From the results of calculations, it has been shown that the geometrical and electrical conditions where the time constant of the resistor becomes zero (/spl tau/ = 0) can be obtained within the proper dimensions.
