Abstract :
In this paper, a novel design of the wideband adaptive array with frequency invariant patterns is presented. With the pattern synthesis algorithm, we could obtain patterns in different frequency bins which is nearly the same as the reference pattern. It is efficient to obtain a frequency-invariant pattern over the whole frequency band. And the array responds satisfy the specifications in spatial and frequency domain. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
