Abstract
In this paper, a technique is presented to develop reduced order state feedback controller for linear system. This approach is based on Gerschgorin theorem and Ackerman´s gain formula. The main advantage of proposed approach is that only few state variables need to be estimated. Moreover, cost of control energy is also reduced. This approach is applied to D.C. servomotor model.
