Abstract
This paper presents a new technology to produce highly efficient and low cost heat sinks. The developed die for machining these heat sinks is composed of three parts, which are the conducting-liquid module, special underlay, and pattern. The proposed technology brings about a renovation in design of heat-extrusion dies. It can be utilized to solve a lot of problems in the die design.
