  • Abstract
Based on 500kV power transformer, according to the mass-spring system model for the axial vibration of power transformer winding and its nonlinear characteristics, a calculation model is simplified, the modal simulation system of power transformer active part, which composes of core, windings, tensile plates and clamp frames is established, the natural frequencies and vibration modal in different levels of axial pre-compression of transformer active part are calculated, the relations between the changes of axial pre-compression and axial vibration natural frequencies on transformer active part are investigated. Meanwhile, the active part vibration caused by axial short-circuit forces of windings under short-circuit conditions is analyzed.
