Abstract
This paper deals with the application of active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) for eliminating the decoupler which is needed in stator flux oriented (SFO) vector control. An extended state observer (ESO) which is a core of ADRC is used to estimate and compensate the couplings of flux current and torque current, and that, ADRC is combined to control flux loop. In addition, a second order ADRC is introduced to control rotor speed loop in order to solve the problem caused as torque changes. Simulation and experimental results validate the proposed scheme. Not only the circular flux is obtained, but also the system has good dynamic and steady performance.
